KINSTON — Betty Irene Hoggard, 63, of the Caswell Center died Tuesday, June 1, 2010, at the Caswell Center. A graveside service will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. at Martin Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Lonnie Hedrick officiating.
