Mr. William Earnest Bailey Sr., 63, of 47 Jefferson Ave., Brooklyn, N.Y., died Monday, May 31, 2010, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Temple of Jesus Christ Church, 906 W. Eighth St., Washington. The family will receive friends at 3116 Everetts Road, Williamston. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
