Mr. Elmo “Tot” Chesson Jr., 70, of 185 Hempstead Drive, Somerset, N.J., and formerly of Washington County, died Monday, May 31, 2010, at home. A funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Friday in Union Chapel Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ), Roper, with Elder Daniel L. Gilliam Jr. officiating. The family will receive friends today from 7 to 8 p.m. at Puckett-Purkett Funeral Service, Roper. Arrangements are by Puckett-Purkett Funeral Service, Roper.
