Mr. Joe Junior “Brant” Locklear, 56, of 1127 Horse Pen Swamp Road, Washington, died Wednesday, June 16, 2010, at home. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Locklear family cemetery. The family will receive friends at the home of Charles Locklear, 2207 Hill Neck Road, Ernul, today from 7 p.m. until. Arrangements are by Hillside Funeral Service of Washington.
