Ms. Florence Lucretia Ann Penwell Stroud, 86, of 302 Winston Lane, Windsor, died Monday, June 21, 2010, at home. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Edgewood Cemetery with the Rev. Jimmy Campbell and Randy Walston officiating. The family will receive friends today from 7 to 8 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home.
