Mr. Eli Augusta Phelps, 87, of 2852 U.S. Highway 64 East, Plymouth, died Wednesday, June 23, 2010, at Plumblee Nursing Center, Plymouth. A funeral will be conducted today at 11 a.m. at Walker Funeral Home-Horner Chapel with Brother Mark Wilmoth and Brother Arnold Pressey officiating. The family will receive friends today from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home-Horner Chapel.
