Mr. James Tucker, formerly of Washington, N.C., died Monday, June 21, 2010, in Brooklyn, N.Y. He is survived by Barbie Peele and Sharon Tucker of Washington, Richard Tucker of Raleigh, N.C., and Billy Brown of Brooklyn. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
