Ms. Lois V. Modlin, 71, of 3315 Faith Church Road, Indian Trail died Monday, June 28, 2010, at Lake Park Nursing, Indian Trail. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in the chapel of Biggs Funeral Home with the Revs. Paul Weaver and Adron Modlin officiating. The family will receive friends Friday at Biggs Funeral Home one hour prior to the service. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home.
