Mr. Elmo “Stacy” St. Clair, formerly of Chocowinity, N.C., died July 2, 2010, at Baltimore, Md.
Funeral services were held 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 7, 2010, at the Chapman Harris Funeral Home, Baltimore, Md.
Mr. St. Clair is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Juanita Mills, Chocowinity, N.C., and Annie Albritton, Washington, D.C.; one brother, Alonza St. Clair, Chocowinity, N.C.; nephew, Mitchell St. Clair, Washington, N.C.
