Mr. William “Tyrone” Stokes, 63, of 1308 Pierce St., Washington, died Sunday, July 4, 2010. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Beebe Memorial CME Church, Washington. The family will receive friends today from 7 to 8 p.m. at Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington, and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N.
