Mrs. Deborah Cox Brown, 54, of Newport News, Va., and formerly of Washington, died Wednesday, July 14, 2010, at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Va. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in First Church of Christ in Washington with Ray West and Steve Hill officiating. The family will receive friends Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Paul Funeral Home in Washington. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home in Washington.
