Mrs. Linda Williams Cooper, 61, of 512 Adams St., Plymouth died Sunday, Aug. 1, 2010, at Chowan Hospital. The family will receive friends at the home of her sister, Gloria W. Alston, 117 Adams St., Plymouth. Arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
