Mrs. Wanda Moore Pollard, age 51, died Friday July 30, 2010 at Duplin General Hospital in Kenansville, NC.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday August 5, 2010 at the Edwards Cemetery, Chocowinity, NC conducted by Danny Barrow. Pallbearers will be: Mike J. Long, Gil Armando Vilchis, Richard L. Pollard, Jr., Jeffery W. Gibbs, Jr., Linsey G. Koonce and Howard S. Moore.
Mrs. Pollard was born on July 28, 1959 daughter of the late Charlie Garland Moore, Jr. and Betty Jean Bryant Moore, who survives. She attended school in Chocowinity and was a homemaker.
In addition to her mother, Mrs. Pollard is survived by her husband: Richard Lee Pollard, Sr., three sons: Richard Lee Pollard, Jr., Michael James Long and John Franklin Long, a granddaughter: Ciera Marie Long, two brothers: Charlie Garland Moore III and Howard Scott Moore, and a sister: Ruth Elizabeth Toler.
The family will receive friends at the home of her mother located at 70 Pamlico Drive, Chocowinity, NC 27817.
