Mr. William “Bill” Albert Howard of 104 Alderson Road, Washington, died Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2010. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Beebe Memorial C.M.E. Church, Washington, with the Rev. Edward Moultrie Jr. officiating. The family will receive friends today from 7 to 8 p.m. at the chapel of Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington, and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
