Ms. Kitty Lewis Waters, 50, of 134 Hummingbird Lane, Washington, died Thursday, Sept. 9, 2010, at Beaufort County Medical Center. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Hillside Funeral Service of Washington. The family will receive friends Saturday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Hillside Funeral Service, Washington.
