Mr. David Howard Floyd, 126 West Drive, River Road Estates, Washington, died Sunday, Sept. 5, 2010. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Beebe Memorial C.M.E. Church, Washington. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
