Mrs. Lola K. Tripp, 66, of Chocowinity, died September 14, 2010.
A funeral service will be held on Friday September 17, 2010, at 3 p.m. at Farmer Funeral Service, Ayden. Burial will be in Manning family cemetery.
Lola was born October 11, 1943 in Beaufort County. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bernice Tripp. She was a member of New Hope Pentecostal Church, Belvoir, NC.
She is survived by her four sons: Wayne, Johnny and Martin Armstrong and Ken Armstrong and wife, Kathleen. Her two daughters, Angela Dennis and Pearlie Armstrong; two step-children, Tammy Warren and Nathan Tripp. She is also survived by two brothers, Leon Keech and Jerry Wayne Williams; four sisters, Ina Sullivan, Rena Williams, Isabelle Blake and Lois Wooten. She has 16 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren and a very special dog, Faye Faye.
