Mr. Victor Hugo Martin, 85, of the 1000 block of Harbor View Drive, Kill Devil Hills, died Friday, Sept. 24, 2010, at Albemarle Hospital. A celebration of his life will be held in California at a later date. Arrangements are by Evans Funeral Home of Williamston.
