Mr. Tyrone Winston Bell, Jr., 27, of 16440 N.C. Hwy. 32N, Roper, died Sept. 25, 2010, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital.
A funeral will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 2, 2010, at Eastern North Carolina/Virginia District Assembly Building with Elder Daniel Gilliam officiating. Burial will follow in Shiloh Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Bell was born on Jan. 3, 1983 in Chowan County. He was the son of Tyrone Winston Bell, Sr. and Rosalind Blount Bell. He was a member of Shiloh Church of Christ; member of Star of East #233 Masonic Lodge; founder of Lockdown Security; Trendsetters Car Club; R.U.K.M. Movement; Nu Gamma Psi Fraternity and a student at East Carolina University.
Survivors include his son: Tyrone Winston Bell, III, Raleigh; parents: Tyrone Winston Bell, Sr. and Rosalind Blount Bell of the home; sister, Tyra Bell, Roper; maternal grandparents: Noah and Viola Blount, Roper, and paternal grandmother, Ida C. Bell, Plymouth.
