Mr. Reginald Turner Manning of Williamston died Saturday, Oct. 2, 2010, at Lower Cape Fear Hospice of Wilmington. A funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Church of the Advent Episcopal Church in Williamston. The family will receive friends today from 6 to 8 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home.
