Mrs. Loretta Roughton Simmons, 73, of 75 Circle Drive, Columbia, died Sunday, Oct. 10, 2010, at Britthaven of Edenton. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel at Bryan Funeral Service Columbia, with the Rev. Joe Wynns officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday one hour prior to the service at Bryan Funeral Service Columbia. Arrangements are by Bryan Funeral Service Columbia.
