Ms. Katie Agpaoa Siau, 28, of 273 Fifth St., Lothian, Md., died Sunday, Oct. 9, 2010. A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in the chapel of Biggs Funeral Home in Williamston with the Rev. Robert Worthington officiating. The family will receive friends at the home of her mother, Frances Stevenson, 19302 U.S. Highway 64, Williamston. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home in Williamston.
