Mr. James Noah “Cootie” Satchwell, 58, of 611 West 13th Street, Washington, died Saturday, Oct. 9, 2010, at home. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Word of Life Worship Center. The family will receive friends at the home. A walk-in visitation will be held today from 1 to 6 p.m. at the chapel. Arrangements are by Whitfield &Whitley Funeral Home.
