Mr. James Earl “Bud” Dills, 63, formerly of Belhaven, died Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2010 in Newark, NJ. The family will receive friends beginning Tuesday at the home of his mother, Ms. Clara Dills at 653 California St., Belhaven. Arrangements will be announced by Whitfield &Whitley Funeral Home.
