Mr. Moses Arthur Williams, 78, of 3949 Haithcock Road, Raleigh, and formerly of Blounts Creek, died Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2010 in Raleigh. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Ware Creek Missionary Baptist Church. Arrangements are by Whitfield &Whitley Funeral Home.
