The Rev. Dr. Dallas Lucas Jr., 78, a resident of Brooklyn, N.Y., and formerly of Swan Quarter, died Monday, Nov. 22, 2010, in Brooklyn. A funeral will be conducted at noon Wednesday at Old Richmond Missionary Baptist Church. The family will receive friends at the Lucas home, 8976 U.S. Highway 264, Swan Quarter. Arrangements are by Whitfield &Whitley Funeral Home.
