Ms. Joella E. Ross of 846 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington, died Monday, Dec. 6, 2010, at Pitt County Medical Center. The family will receive friends at the home of her uncle, Floyd Ross, 215 Keyesvillle Road. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington.
