Mr. Rickey “Rick” Lee Batts, 58, a resident of 3529 Jolly Road, Ayden, and formerly of Washington, died Sunday, Jan. 23, 2011, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. A graveside memorial service will held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Pamlico Memorial Gardens in Washington. Arrangements are by Pamlico Funeral Service of Washington.
