Mr. James Henry Hill II, 53, of 103 Williams Drive, Washington, died Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2011, at his home. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at the First Baptist Church in Washington. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour at the church. Arrangements are by Pamlico Funeral Service, Washington.
