Mr. Lewis Hogan, 54, of Norfolk, Va., died Monday, March 7, 2011, in Norfolk. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Queen Chapel Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ), Terra Ceia community. The family will receive friends at the home of his mother, Celestine Hogan, 767 Cedar Village, Belhaven. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
