Neva Pearl Woolard Mobley

Mrs. Neva Pearl Woolard Mobley, 75, a resident of 4424 VOA Road, Washington, died Sunday, March 27, 2011, at River Trace Nursing Center in Washington.
Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 30, 2011, from the Chapel of Paul Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington, conducted by the Rev. Kenneth Pritchard and the Rev. Ken White. Burial will follow in Pamlico Memorial Gardens, Washington.
Mrs. Mobley was born in Beaufort County on July 27, 1935. She was the daughter of the late Chester Woolard, Sr. and Lela Belle Perry Mobley. Mrs. Mobley was a homemaker and attended Washington Assembly of God.
Mrs. Mobley was married to Hilton Ward “Bud” Mobley, who survives.
Surviving with her husband are two daughters, Kay White and Teresa Cobb both of Washington; a stepson, Alton Ward Mobley of Greenville, a stepdaughter, Betty Carolyn Mobley of Grifton; two sisters, Burnelle Cooper of Elizabeth City, Elder Waters of Britthaven; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Mobley was preceded in death by a son, Terry Eaton; two sisters, Cottie King and Catherine Hoell; and a special nephew, Alton Woolard.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 29, 2011, at Paul Funeral Home and Crematory and other times at the home, 4424 VOA Road, Washington.
