Ms. Martha Louise Dixon, 75, a resident of 8881 Hwy. 264 East, Washington, died Thursday morning, April 21, 2011.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, April 23, 2011, at the Chapel of Paul Funeral Home in Washington officiated by Leroy Skip Hurley.

Ms. Dixon was born in Beaufort County on Nov. 14, 1935, daughter of the late Charles Dixon and Zelma Louise Davenport Dixon. She was a graduate of Pantego High School. Ms. Dixon was employed with Hamilton Beach in the customer service department for many years.

Ms. Dixon is survived by her sons: Mark Cutler and Scott Cutler and his wife, Kim, all of Washington; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Francis Dixon Fornes.

The family will receive friends 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Paul Funeral Home in Washington and other times at the home.
