Ms. Eula Mae Dudley Harris, 82, died Sunday, June 12, 2011. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Who So Ever Will Church of God Ministries, 807 West Ninth St., Washington, with pastor Evelyn Ross officiating.
