Lindsey A. Weaver of Martin County has become an associate in the law firm of Gaskins & Gaskins, P.A.
Weaver was recently admitted the North Carolina Bar after passing the bar examination in February. She was administered the bar oath April 21 by District Court Judge Darrell B. Cayton Jr. in a special session of court.
Weaver is a graduate of Bear Grass High School, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Mauer School of Law, Indiana University.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate, she worked with the firm for three summers as a law clerk focusing on personal-injury cases.
Herman Gaskins, senior partner with the firm, commented, “We are excited to add Lindsey to our firm. She has already demonstrated great skill and knowledge, and we look forward to practicing law with her. She is very much at home in eastern North Carolina and has great rapport with her clients.”
