Republicans of North Carolina’s 3rd Congressional District will hold their July luncheon meeting at 11 a.m. July 9 at the Emerald Golf Course clubhouse located at 5000 Club House Drive in the Greenbrier community off Glenburnie Road in New Bern.

Topics on the agenda include the conservative successes achieved in the most recent N.C. General Assembly session, the 2011 North Carolina Republican Convention held in early June and planning for the annual district convention to be held after redistricting is substantially completed.

Currently, the 3rd Congressional District covers 17 counties across northeast North Carolina. The counties are Dare, Currituck, Beaufort, Camden, Carteret, Craven, Duplin, Hyde, Jones, Lenoir, Nash, Onslow, Pamlico, Pitt, Tyrrell, Wayne and Wilson.
