Residents of the Ridgewood community joined together Wednesday evening and lit luminarias in remembrance of Tony Cilluffo and to show their support for his family. The luminarias were kept lit despite rain showers. Cilluffo drowned June 30 in the Atlantic Ocean off Carteret County. He was a co-owner of Frank’s Pizza and Italian Restaurant in Washington.
