Linwood “L.E.” Etherton Hoggard, 58, a resident of 1181 Ranch Motel Road, Williamston, died Wednesday, July 13, 2011, at Martin General Hospital. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday at the chapel of Biggs Funeral Home, Williamston, with the Revs. David Woolsey and Christopher Lee officiating.
