Mrs. Willie Mae Lucas Brown, 94, a resident of 85 Joy Road, Washington, died Monday, July 25, 2011. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at the Spring Garden Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. David Moore officiating. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
