Mrs. Rosaland Desadre O’Neal Spencer, 41, died Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2011. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Mount Pilgrim Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ, Scranton, with Vice-Bishop Emeritus Charlie Butler officiating. The family will receive friends at 250 Sladesville Credle Road, Scranton. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
