Mr. and Mrs. Selden Taylor of Washington, N.C., are pleased to announce the birth of their son Benjamin Wyatt Taylor on July 16, 2011, at Pitt Memorial Hospital.

Wyatt weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces, and was 19 inches long. He has a sister, Alden, and a brother, Bruce. The mother is the former Kelly Gerard.

Maternal grandparents are Susan and Al Gerard of Blounts Creek, N.C.

Paternal grandparents are Kathleen and Marshall Taylor of Washington.
