Ms. Marcia Windley Quidley, 90, a resident of Ridgewood Manor, died Sunday, Aug. 14, 2011, at Beaufort County Medical Center. A funeral will be conducted at 4 p.m. Thursday at Belhaven Pentecostal Holiness Church, officiated by Medford Hopkins. Burial will follow at Belhaven Community Cemetery.
