Ricky and Kim Anderson of Ayden, NC, are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter Kasi Leigh Anderson to Douglas MacArthur Barnes, Jr. Douglas is the son of Doug and Dell Barnes of Belhaven, NC. The couple resides in Belhaven, and will exchange vows during a private ceremony at River Forest Manor in September.
