Mattamuskeet Foundation Executive Director Dr. Lewis Forrest (right) presents an original 1913 Mattamuskeet Drainage District bond to Donald and Nadine Overby of Bear Creek in recognition of their support of the nonprofit foundation at the Royal Patron level. The Overbys have been charter members of the foundation since 1996.
