Councilmen Mercer and Davis are totally correct. We shouldn’t start on another park until we finish Festival Park and also work on Haven’s Gardens. Plus, now is not the time in terms of economics to even think about doing another park. We all agree, that besides schools, parks invite people and particularly motivate retirees to settle here in our historic town. But once again, it is not the right time.

Whoever made the decision to call people in the middle of the night about the hurricane should be fired.

I would like to know the name of the genius who decided to call people in the middle of the night to tell them about the approaching hurricane. Then I can call and thank that person during the middle of the night.

Where are the obituaries in the paper, and how many illegal aliens are working down at the waterfront?
