Mrs. Rosa Mae Locklear, 50, a resident of 626 Pamlico St., Belhaven, died Sunday, Aug. 21, 2011.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Cornerstone Tabernacle Outreach Church.

The family will receive friends at the home.
