Edward Luverne Midgette, 63, a resident of 3850 Woodley Station Road, Creswell, died Monday, Sept. 5, 2011, in Hyde County. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Bryan Funeral Service, Columbia Chapel, with Leon Williams officiating. Burial will follow in the family cemetery at the home.
