Mrs. Charlotte Bea Sutton, 79, of 324 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington, died Sunday, Sept. 4, 2011. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Cedar Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 404 W. Seventh St., Washington. Arrangements are by Whitfield & Whitley Funeral Home.
