The Bath Business Alliance, a committee under the Washington-Beaufort County Chamber of Commerce, will host the second-annual Paddle Bath Poker Run around Bath Creek on Oct. 8.

Participants will collect eight cards at Bath businesses by land and by sea, and the best hand played will be awarded a cash prize. Registration is $35 a person (with a kayak rental) or $15 if the participant uses his or her kayak or canoe.
