Mrs. Judy Williams Bowen 64, of 805 Taylor Street, Windsor, died Friday, Sept. 16, 2011, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, with the Rev, Chris Lee officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at Edgewood Baptist Church’s fellowship hall. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home, Windsor.
