Mrs. Patricia Ann “Cookie” Patrick, a resident of 306 W. 16th St., Washington, died Friday, Sept. 23, 2011, at University Health Systems of Greenville. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at Metropolitan AME Zion Church, Washington. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until 6 p.m. today at L.R. Randolph Memorial Chapel.
